My Story
Hi, I’m Riley. I’m a counselor and art therapist in training who believes that creativity is one of the most powerful ways we process our inner world.

I created this journal because I wanted something that combined emotional awareness with artistic expression — something that felt supportive, not clinical. Mental health tracking doesn’t have to feel heavy or overwhelming. It can be colorful. Reflective. Honest. Gentle.

The Expressive Self-Care Art Planner & Journal was born from my own love of journaling and my clinical training in art therapy. My hope is that this becomes a monthly ritual for you — a space where you can check in with yourself, express what’s beneath the surface, and grow with intention.
